Referral Bonus

Active Referral Bonus June 1, 2021 - August 31, 2021

Help refer the best and brightest to work with us at Trackers. This Employee Referral Program Policy applies to all our employees actively assigned to an upcoming program or training are able to refer candidates to our company. Please read for details.

Policy Statement

Trackers will give a $50 bonus to employees who refer qualified candidates for Trackers job openings.

How our employee referral reward program works:  

• A referred interviewee must include the staff doing the referring’s first and last name in the “how I heard about you” field.
• If that interviewee is hired, they have to work with Trackers for a minimum of 6 weeks
• Referring employee needs to submit the name of the person they are referring, via this Form, to our HR team

Additional rules for rewards:

• Referral bonus will be included in the staff’s paycheck following the hired person’s 6th week of work. This bonus is taxable income.
• Employees can refer as many times as they wish
• If the same candidate is referred by multiple employees, the first employee the notifies HR will get the bonus.
• This program only applies in the dates listed on this page. If there is no date listed on this page, the program is not currently active. Anyone referred and hired before that date counts within the program. We will notify current staff of program extension for renewal before this end date.

Who can be referred?

Not all the candidates can be referred as part of this program. The people who cannot be referred include:

• Candidates who previously worked at Trackers as they are already in our system.
• Candidates who were previously laid off because of breaching rules and regulations.
