Policy Statement

Trackers Earth gives a bonus of $3 per person per day that rides in your car to employees who provide a carpool.

This is how our employee referral reward program works:  

• Carpool groups must be reported to coordinators each day, with the name of the driver and the names of people that are riding in the vehicle.

Additional rules for rewards:

• Coordinators can not ride share with their staff but can ride share with each other
• Coordinators and other managers can be part of a ride share; but
  • They must arrive at their assigned time.
  • Guides riding do not start work early, they are on their own time and cannot check into work until the assigned time.
• Arrival late for work voids the bonus for that day.
• The carpool must originate 3 miles from the workplace.
• The opportunity for this bonus can be revoke at anytime.
• This program only applies in the dates listed on this page. If there is no date listed on this page, the program is not currently active. Anyone referred and hired before that date counts within the program. We will notify current staff of program extension for renewal before this end date.

Carpool Tips

• If you are getting a ride, make every effort to make it easy on the individual providing the ride. Do not act like this is a shuttle service. Meet them at their place or at a location on the way. Offer to contribute to fuel.
• If are giving rides, set clear boundaries, expectations, and parameters so you continue to feel the effort is sustainable. Ask riders to meet you at convenient location, leave on time for work (don't be late), and let them know this can be revoked at anytime. You even get to request a contribution for gas if you feel it is so fit. This must be sustainable for you.
