See the Games Library for a full list of Games. Teams should self-direct games as much as possible. The three categories of Games are:
- Team Game Games that develop team connection, awareness, wisdom, and grit.
- Skill Game Games that inspire Trackers to study, develop, and train Skills.
- Story Game Games that immerse the Tracker in myth in the Game of Tracking.
Team Game
Games that develop team connection, awareness, wisdom, and grit.
Elements Team Games build:
- Connection Deepen bonds amongst Team.
- Awareness Deepen capability to read fellows in the Team.
- Wisdom Deepen understanding of growth and skills in the Team.
- Grit Deepen resolve to support goals of the Team.
Types of Team Games can include:
- Improvisation
- Safe Controlled Sparring
- Stealth & Recon
- Exploratory Discussion
Skill Game
Games that inspire Trackers to study, develop, and train Skills.
Elements Skill Games build:
- Safety Train safety awareness and knowledge.
- Stealth Train skills of Stealth and Counter Tracking.
- Tracking Train skills of observation and deduction.
- Readiness Train skills of Core to Guild Elements.
Skills games include these features:
- Begin with presentations (stories, ideas, demos) that inspire, motivate and energize.
- Organize by Team roles: Pathfinder, Whiskers, Cloak.
- Convey knowledge in the mechanics and actions of the game, not lecture.
- Create real outcomes for the games.
Story Game
Games that immerse the Tracker in myth in the Game of Tracking.
Story Games play through these mechanics:
- Arc Connect smaller games with greater story.
- Hooks Connect Team Games, Skills Games and smaller Story Games to the Arc.
- Challenge Connect Teams to challenges and solutions (Littl’ Bads, Medi Bads, Big Bads).
- Wizard (Guide) Connects Teams to all parts of the Story Game.
