Teams should self-direct games as much as possible. The three categories of Games are:

  • Team Game Games that develop team connection, awareness, wisdom, and grit.
  • Skill Game Games that inspire Trackers to study, develop, and train Skills.
  • Story Game Games that immerse the Tracker in myth in the Game of Tracking.

Activites

Main article: Activites

Activities mean knowledge should be caught not taught. The three categories of Activites are:

  • Mission Activities that call Trackers to find or accomplish a thing.
  • Make Activities that ask Trackers to craft or create a thing.
  • Modify Activities that let Trackers experiment with variations of a Mission or Make.

Explorations

Main article: Explorations

Explorations should self-direct games as much as possible. The three categories of Games are:

  • Foraging Explorations involving the sustainable gathering wild crafts and foods.
  • Traversing Explorations traveling from one place to another.
  • Trailing Explorations is the art of letting the land guide you.
