Pay Attention Awareness defines a Tracker. Tracking is important because it teaches us to observe reality, going beyond abstract, self and human centric perspectives. Tracking all of nature gives us a much wider angle in which to observe the world.
Be Truly Helpful When a Tracker Pays Attention, they learn where they can best contribute to family, the more than human world, and many generations. They also learn that many ideas and things some people believe are truly helpful often are not when mapped through greater connections discovered by Tracking.
