As an employee you agree that, during your employment and 3 years thereafter, you shall not, directly or indirectly do any act or thing to cause, bring about, or induce any interference with, disturbance to, or interruption of any of the then existing relationships (whether or not such relationships have been reduced to formal contracts) of the program or any of affiliated companies with any customer, employee, consultant or supplier.<br />

===Additional Information===<br />
Do not collect participant contact information (child or adult) so that you can sell them your services later on. Do not pass out your business cards at check-out. Services include, but are not limited to:<br />
* Archery classes<br />
* Homeschool classes or camps<br />
* Sports coaching<br />
* Brewing class for adults<br />
* Baby-sitting. If parent approaches you to babysit, talk with your Coordinator before accepting.<br />
If you met the student and/or parent in our employment, then they are our clients. Keep it that way. If you solicit them based on their relationship with our organization, then you have violated this non-solicitation policy and your employment agreement.<br />
<br />
You do not violate this policy if later you work for a different organization and a family finds you based on your new organization’s legitimate advertising and you didn’t solicit them based on your previous relationship while working with us, and you didn’t solicit them based on your previous relationship and taking their contact information directly from rosters while working with us.<br />
<br />
We have this non-solicitation policy because often we have parents come to us who are legitimately confused about whether a program or class they encounter is officially our program or not. For liability reasons, this line needs to be clear.<br />
