The Trackers Compass is the heart of our Teams. All Trackers agree to follow the compass when attending a program. It’s where youth learn that having a greater goal in life leads to deeper perseverance and strength. Youth crave responsibility and want to mirror the care we give them as [[Guide|Guides]], [[Guardian|Guardians]], and [[Elder|Elders]].

The Compass is made up of the [[Mission]], [[Purpose]], [[Compass|Code]], and [[Action Call]].

By attending Trackers, youth, Guides, and Guardians all agree to follow the Trackers Compass. While Tracking may just be a game at our camp, we hope it supports families to deepen their connection and care for each other and the greater world around them. The Trackers Compass is our tiny version of helping to save the world!
